What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, service address, property size and the notes you write about the job.

When you apply to join as a cleaning provider we also collect your business details, service area and insurance status.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare your quote, match you with an available provider in your area, confirm the appointment and follow up after the service.

We share the minimum necessary information — your name, address, contact number and job details — with the provider assigned to your booking. We do not sell your data to anyone.

If you opt in, we may email you occasional service reminders or offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Full card numbers never touch our servers and we do not store them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@cleanup.fyi. We respond within 30 days.

You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
